Hand-knotted in Turkey around 40–50 years ago, this one-of-a-kind medallion vintage rug combines wool pile, cotton foundation and traditional workmanship.

The rug has been professionally washed and carefully sheared to a lower pile, softening the original colors while preserving the underlying pattern. A central medallion organizes the field, giving the composition a clear focal point without losing the irregularity of hand work.

The photographed surface shows warm beige with gold undertones, together with a softly faded pattern. Subtle tonal variation across the field is part of the vintage character and makes this piece visually distinct from machine-made reproductions.
