Shipping & Returns
U.S. orders
Shipping, customs duties, and import charges are covered by our U.S. company. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from ordering, including preparation and a buffer for possible delays.
International orders
Shipping is free. Outside the United States, customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and other import charges. Contact us about delivery timing for your destination.
Orders usually ship from Türkiye and occasionally from the United States. Preparation takes 1–2 business days; U.S. transit typically takes 2–3 business days.

Can I order just one rug?
Yes. There is no minimum purchase quantity. Additional trade discounts begin at a cart value of $1,000.
Does the trade discount apply to sale prices?
Yes. The 15% and 20% trade discounts are additional reductions from the current sale prices shown on our website, based on the order thresholds above.
Can you help me find rugs that work together?
Yes. Send us your room dimensions, color preferences, budget, and any project references. Our team can help you select complementary one-of-a-kind rugs.
Can I reserve a rug while my client decides?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a hold for up to seven days. No deposit is required.
Can I buy rugs for resale?
No. This Trade Program supports professional project purchases and does not include wholesale or resale purchasing.
