A traditional Oriental medallion structure defines this beige vintage Anatolian rug, giving the hand-knotted field a clear central focus. Dating from approximately 40–50 years ago, this rug was hand-knotted in an Anatolian village using the traditional Turkish double-knot method. It was produced as a functional household textile, so subtle changes in line, spacing and motif placement remain visible as evidence of individual craftsmanship.

The composition is organized around a central medallion that clearly anchors the field. Supporting motifs and borders reinforce that center, giving the rug a balanced traditional layout while the small irregularities of hand-knotting keep the design from feeling mechanically perfect.
