Tribal motifs give this beige vintage Anatolian rug its graphic identity, supported by the natural irregularity of village hand-knotting. Made approximately 40–50 years ago in an Anatolian village, the rug reflects a period when carpets were commonly woven by local families for everyday domestic use. Its hand-knotted wool surface and cotton foundation preserve the practical strength and natural irregularity of authentic village weaving.

Tribal-inspired motifs give the rug a direct, expressive folk character. Simplified forms and handmade irregularities keep the design visually individual, making it a strong choice for interiors that mix collected textiles, natural materials and vintage objects. Visually, the rug has a softly muted, light-toned appearance with low-contrast pattern definition, giving the aged surface natural depth while preserving the clarity of the original design.

Measuring approximately 169 x 231 cm, its medium-to-large proportions make it well suited to a living room seating group, bedroom or dining area. In a living room, placing at least the front legs of the furniture on the rug helps connect the seating arrangement and gives the vintage pattern a stronger architectural role. Natural wood, linen, leather and simple upholstery pair especially well with its handmade vintage character, while leaving some surrounding floor visible can help the pattern feel collected rather than overly formal.

This rug has been professionally washed, is in excellent condition, and is ready to use.
