This beige Anatolian vintage rug is organized around a medallion, with subtle irregularities that reflect authentic hand-knotted weaving. Dating from approximately 40–50 years ago, the rug was woven in an Anatolian village using the traditional Turkish double-knot method. It was created as a practical domestic textile, so small changes in motif placement, knot density and proportion remain visible as natural evidence of individual craftsmanship.

A central medallion remains the main decorative feature, while the surrounding field and border retain the natural irregularity of hand-knotting. Visually, the rug has a softly muted, mid-toned appearance with low-contrast pattern definition, giving the aged surface natural depth while preserving the clarity of the original design.
