Our terms are in effect once the transaction for the purchase of the rug is complete.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars and Euros. Buyers are responsible for all possible customs fees and taxes.
We strive to enhance the quality of your shopping experience at Rugncarpet.com. To compensate for the limitations of the electronic medium, we display all rugs in three different resolutions and most of them with detail pictures as well. We do not make overstated claims about rugs.
All deliveries are handled by FedEx/UPS. Please be informed that we are unable to ship to your P.O. Box. We currently ship free worldwide. Orders are generally shipped in 1-3 business days. Deliveries are usually made in 3-5 business days to all locations in the U.S. and Europe, 5-7 business days to Australia, New Zealand, most of Asia, Latin America and Africa. Please let us know if you want to upgrade to express delivery which takes 2-3 business days.
We offer a warranty on all products purchased from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your rug. If the customer refers to the warranty due to damage, in cases which damage is customer’s responsibility due to poor handling, customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of damage. Customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a full money back guarantee. You can return your carpet within 10 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as you received it. Customer pays for shipping costs in both directions. Please refer to our return policy for details on our money back guarantee.
We gladly accept returns for domestic purchases and offer a full money back guarantee on returned items. The products are to be returned in their original condition. Used, damaged, stained products will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.We do not accept returns on custom made products.
Please contact us within 5 calendar days after receiving your rug at [email protected] for the rugs you want to return. You will get a full refund of your purchase as soon as we receive the rug. We will provide you with the address once you contact us.
Once you receive your package, it is crucial to open it in the presence of the delivery service personnel. If there is any damage on the package or the product, bring it to their attention. Please take photos of the damaged package and the product. We insure all of the parcels and in case a damage occurs. Contact us and the delivery company immediately in such a case.
VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES
VAT (value added tax) and customs duties (if any) differ for each country and they are buyer’s responsibility. Since rates vary by country and value of the order, we are not able to estimate fees and taxes.
Rugncarpet.com handles secure card payments in collaboration with PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Paying by your card is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. We never have any knowledge regarding your card or account information. We also accept wire transfers to our bank account.

CONFIDENTIALITY WHEN HANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When placing an order or registering as a customer you share your personal information with us. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties. We only ask for the information that we need to handle your order and give you the best service you expect from us. According to Turkish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information.
