When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars and Euro do not include tax, shipping or insurance.
We strive to enhance the quality of your shopping experience at Rugncarpet.com. To compensate for the limitations of the electronic medium, we display all rugs in three different resolutions and most of them with detail pictures as well. We do not make overstated claims about rugs or promises we will not be able to keep.
All deliveries are handled by FedEx/UPS. Please be informed that We are unable to ship to P.O. Box. We currently ship free worldwide. Orders are generally shipped in 1-3 business days. Deliveries are usually made in 3-5 business days to all locations in the U.S. and Europe, and 5-7 business days to Australia, New Zealand and most of Asia, Latin America and Africa. Please let us know if you want to upgrade to 2-3 days express delivery. All items are fully insured against damage and loss.

We offer a warranty on all products purchased from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your rug. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
As a private person you have a money back guarantee. You can return your carpet within 10 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. The customer pays for the shipping costs in both directions.
We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 5 calendar days after receiving at firstname.lastname@example.org for the rugs you want to return.
You will get a full refund of your purchase if you send the rugs within 10 days to our US warehouse. We will provide you with the address once you contact us.
Once you receive your package, it is crucial to open it in the presence of the delivery service personnel. If there is any damage on the package or the product, bring it to their attention. Please take photos of the damaged package and the product. Contact us immediately in such a case.
The products are to be returned in their original condition. Used, damaged, stained products will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping.
Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.We do not accept returns on custom made products.
VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES
VAT (value added tax) and customs duties (if any) differ for each country. Most countries, except USA, are subject to VAT and customs duties which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since rates vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Customers ordering from European countries are exempt from customs charges, however they will be billed for VAT by UPS and DHL. For some European countries, we add the VAT to the prices and pay VAT on their behalf to their local customs for their convenience.
Rugncarpet.com handles secure card payments in collaboration with PAYU, Visa, MasterCard .Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. We also accept payments wire transfers to our U.S. bank account.

ERROR ON DELIVERY
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to FedEx/UPS/DHL when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to FedEx/UPS/DHL as soon as they are discovered.
CONFIDENTIALITY WHENHANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
Rugncarpet.com will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Turkish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.
The gift certificate is only valid for purchases of products sold by Rugncarpet.com and cannot be combined with other gift certificates. The certificate is valid until and including the date shown on the certificate. If you buy a carpet with your gift certificate and decide to return the carpet, you will receive another gift certificate with the value of the carpet, less the shipping costs incurred during the return. If you have any balance from a previous purchase on your gift certificate, you may use it for a carpet purchase. But if you purchase a carpet with a higher value than the gift certificate you should pay for the difference by bank transfer. The gift certificate should be considered as cash, since it has a value and you should take care of it.Rugncarpet.com will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates.
